Bulk Credential Operations
For organisations managing dozens or hundreds of members, issuing credentials one at a time isn't practical. The new bulk
operations feature allows issuers to:
- Issue credentials in batch — upload a CSV of member details and generate Sigalmarks for all of them in one step
- Bulk status updates — renew, suspend, or revoke multiple credentials simultaneously
- Batch export — download QR codes and credential data for printing or digital distribution
This is particularly useful for annual renewal cycles, where an entire membership cohort may need their credentials updated at
once.
Enhanced Analytics
Understanding how your credentials are being used is just as important as issuing them. The new analytics dashboard provides:
- Scan activity — see how often and where your Sigalmarks are being verified
- Verification trends — track scan volumes over time to understand engagement
- Geographic insights — understand where your credentials are being checked from
- Status overview — at-a-glance summary of active, expired, and revoked credentials
These insights help organisations understand the real-world impact of their credentialing programme and demonstrate ROI to
stakeholders.
Streamlined Admin Controls
Managing team access and permissions is now more flexible:
- Role-based access — assign admin, issuer, or viewer permissions to team members
- Activity log — full audit trail of every credential action taken on the platform
- Custom branding — tailor the verification page with your organisation's logo and colours
API Access for Integration
For organisations with existing membership management systems, we now offer API endpoints that allow you to:
- Programmatically issue and revoke credentials
