All content, features, and functionality of the Sigalmark platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying blockchain technology — are the exclusive property of Sigalmark and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
Organisations using our platform retain ownership of their credential data. By using our services, you grant Sigalmark a limited licence to process and display this data as necessary to provide the verification service.
Credential data recorded on the blockchain is immutable by design. While credential status can be updated (e.g., revoked or renewed), the historical record of issuance remains permanent.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
Certain features of our services may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and payment conditions will be set out in a separate service agreement or subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigalmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Sigalmark in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigalmark, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
